Warner Russell Hodges is an experienced estate attorney and probate attorney who has served as a managing partner at Cumming, Georgia’s Hodges Law Firm, LLC, since 1976. His work as an estate and probate attorney has included fiduciary litigation, conservatorships, guardianships, and extensive work in areas of elder law. Between 1986 and 1989, Russell Hodges balanced his legal work with his role as the mayor of Germantown, a 40,000-person city located outside Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to balancing a $15 million annual budget, he led the city’s infrastructure expansion. He also ended a federal lawsuit that had prevented the construction of new high schools, among other achievements.
Russell Hodges graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a degree in history. He continued his education at Vanderbilt Law School in Nashville, Tennessee, earning his juris doctor.
